“Fees relating to consultation, support, advice, drafting of legal deeds (under private seal) and pleading documents are freely determined in agreement with the client.”

The fees of the law firm CABINET FOUSSAT are calculated on a time spent or a lump-sum basis depending on the services to be provided.

The following exhibits are attached to each invoice:

• a detailed statement of the due diligence completed,
• a recapitulative statement of costs incurred.

Unless otherwise agreed, our firm invoices its services monthly.
